Perceived bitterness scale in red. 

Mexican Lager                           18 IBU (1) – 4.5 % ABV   $7.5
Sun beer. Clean, crisp, with high clarity and low bitterness. This easy-drinking beer packs a little extra oomph than other Mexican Lagers, and you’ll notice hints of lime in each sip.

Malt:   Pilsner, Maris Otter, Munich I, Flaked Corn
Hops:   Warrior, Wai-iti


Helles Lager
                                20 IBU (1) – 4.8 % ABV   $7.5
A light German lager with a clean malt character and mild noble hop flavor. Perfect for a hot day.

Malt:   Pilsner, Melanoidin, Munich I
Hops:   German Tradition, Tettnang Tettnanger


Idaho Cold IPA                                78 IBU (4) – 6.7 % ABV   $7.5
Made with all Idaho ingredients! Brewed cold with lager yeast, creating a crystal clear beer
with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. 

Malt: Pure Idaho 2 Row, 300 pounds of Russet potatoes.
Hops: Idaho Gem, Idaho # 7, Elani


Blonde Ale
                                     21 IBU (1) – 4.7% ABV   $7.5
A mild American pale ale with restrained grain flavor, and hints of apricot, peach, and citrus.

Malt:   2-Row Pale, Pilsner, Maris Otter, Biscuit, Wheat
Hops:   Warrior, Idaho #7

Marzen (Amber Lager)                                     25 IBU (1) – 4.9% ABV   $7.5
Smooth, clean, amber hued German lager!  Drinkable and not filling!

Malt:   Munich I, Vienna, Pilsner, Caramunich I

Hefeweizen                                  
12 IBU (1) – 5.4 % ABV   $7.5
A German-style wheat beer with notes of banana and clove.

Malt:   55% Wheat, Pilsner, Carafoam
Hops:   German Tradition


Imperial  New Zealand Pilsner           
44 IBU (3) – 6.2% ABV   $7.5

This pilsner is slightly higher in alcohol than a “normal” 4-5% abv pilsner and is slightly heavier in body – that’s what makes it “imperial”.  Crisp and sparkly with a light, lingering tropical sweetness from the New Zealand hops.

Malt:   Pilsner, 2-Row, Carafoam
Hops:   Pacific Jade, Wai-iti, Waimea


Saison                                
25 IBU (1) – 5.7 % ABV   (14 oz)   $6
Pronounced “Say – zon,” in French means “season.” A Belgium ale with flavors of sweet bread, mild hop bitterness, hints of caramel, clove, and baking spices. (No spices added)

Malt:2-Row Pale, Pilsner, Wheat, Caramunich I, Rye, Crystal Medium
Hops:   Warrior, East Kent Goldings, Nelson Sauvin


West coast IPA “Westie”
       55 IBU (4) – 5.8% ABV   $7.5
Our flagship IPA, citrus, and pine notes balanced with a solid malt backbone.

Malt:   2-Row Pale, Munich, Extra Dark Crystal
Hops:   El Dorado, Chinook, Citra

 

Centennial Trail Pale Ale        37 IBU (3) – 5.8% ABV   $7.5
A SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) beer. Citrus, lemongrass and floral forward, with balanced malt sweetness. Dedicated to the North Idaho Centennial Trail that goes right by our doors!

Hazy IPA                             27 IBU (2) – 6.3% ABV   $7.5
An intentionally cloudy looking IPA with a soft mouthfeel, hop flavors of melon, white wine and peach.

Malt:   2-Row Pale, Wheat, Flaked Oats
Hops:   Dr. Rudi, Nelson Sauvin

 

Alt Bier  (Amber Ale)          35 IBU (2) – 4.5 % ABV   (12 oz)   $5
German amber ale. “Alt” refers to the “old” style of brewing. Dry amber beer with light malty sweetness, low levels of German hop bitterness, and notes of brown bread and cherry.

Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Crystal Medium, Melanoidin, Carafa III
Hops: Tettnang Tettnanger, Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Saaz

 

 Barley Wine                                        52 IBU (2) –  9.4 % ABV (14 oz)   $10
English-Style Barleywine is a high-alcohol Pale Ale, with a slightly thicker mouthfeel.  Flavors of light orange, apricot, and lemongrass

Malt:   Maris Otter, 2-Row, Caramunich I, Crystal malt

Hops:   Warrior, Fuggle, East Kent Golding (EKG)

 

Hibiscus Gose                        8 IBU (0) – 3.7 % ABV (14 oz)   $6
Pronounced “Go – zuh“, a historic regional beer from Goslar/ Leipzig Germany.  A light purple-hued sour ale with flavors of tart lemon, berry and coriander with a light salty finish.

 Malt: 50% Pilsner, 50% Wheat
Hops: German Tradition
Other:  Kosher salt, Coriander, Organic Hibiscus Flowers

 

Nitro Stout                        59 IBU (2) – 6.6 % ABV $7.50
A blend of American and English style stouts with light hop bitterness and notes of roast/ toast from dark grains balanced against a light brown-sugar flavored grain sweetness.  Served on Nitrogen which gives a smooth, silky mouthfeel.

Malt:   50% 2-Row, Maris Otter, Dark Crystal, Carafa III, Chocolate Malt and De-Bittered Black Malt

Hops:   Magnum, Fuggle

Other: Nitrogen

 

Imperial Mexican Chocolate Stout                        59 IBU (2) – 8.2 % ABV (14 oz) $10

We used the Nitro Stout base beer and added malt in the boil kettle to raise the alcohol content.  After fermentation, we added the natural flavor additions listed below!  Chocolaty, with a little kick!

Malt:   50% 2-Row, Maris Otter, Dark Crystal, Carafa III,

Chocolate Malt and De-Bittered Black Malt

Hops:   Magnum, Fuggle

Other: Cacao Nibs (from Ghana and Ecuador),

Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Two types of Cinnamon,

Four types of Peppers (Ancho, Pasilla, de Árbol, and Guajillo)
